WHO AM I?

The human body has always fascinated me, so much so that in 2015 I followed my dream and I began training at The London School of Sports Massage. Having graduated with a BTEC Level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, I now offer sports and remedial massage therapy to clients from all walks of life. I work from a studio in the heart of Windsor, Berkshire making it easy for clients from the surrounding areas and beyond to travel to.

My curiosity and desire to understand more about the human body is never-ending, so I am continuing my learning journey by qualifying as a Myofascial Release Therapist. Having suffered from sciatica and back issues in the past, I know first-hand how pain can limit and debilitate our bodies. Prevention, treatment and guidance are key to how I plan your treatment. Using a range of techniques, I will identify sources of pain and discomfort, and provide solutions to bring about positive change. From postural assessments, a review of your daily activities followed by a thorough examination of the affected muscles, tendons and joints, I will work to find the root of the problem and apply targeted treatment. Sometimes, it is surprising how often a simple change can make such a big difference.

I truly believe that mental health plays a vital role in our physical wellbeing. From my own experience, I know how hard our quality of life can be affected by poor mental health; we all automatically lock up emotions in our bodies, but myofascial release can be a great way to naturally unlock these pent-up emotions, relieve tension, and help restore our bodies both mentally and physically.

Away from work, I am a mum and wife and I love spending time with my family and friends. In my spare time, I enjoy running and love a good challenge; I have completed local half marathons, and one day hope to run the London Marathon. In 2018 I took part in the 24 hour 3 Peak Challenge with a friend and one day soon we hope to return to climb Scafell Pike to see it in daylight! As well as this I love mixing it up with some yoga and hiit training. This all makes me sound super-athletic but I just like to keep my body and mind active.
