Self care is a necessity, not a luxury
We don’t often afford ourselves enough ‘me’ time. Our time is precious but our bodies are too. By allowing ourselves to spend time on self-care, we can ensure we have balance in our lives and truly care for our bodies. Plus, when you spend time looking after yourself, you have a better chance of avoiding and preventing aches and pains.My self-care classes are designed with you in mind, they do not replace hands on therapy but they are a great way to prevent niggles building up and to restore some calm and comfort in your body.

My classes are taught over zoom and are available either as a 1-2-1 or as a group session.

Working in groups can be lots of fun. I offer corporate self-care classes and can come to your workplace to teach your employees and colleagues techniques for reducing headaches, shoulder tension and back issues.
During the pandemic, focus has turned to our wellbeing more than ever. We’ve learned that it is ok to talk about how we feel emotionally as well as physically. If nothing else, the time has shown us how vulnerable we are and that taking care of ourselves is crucial to good health.
