I have worked with a variety of people over the years and have selected a few for you here. This is a selection of people who I thoroughly recommend.

Please find below their details and a short description of what they can offer.

We all need a little extra help from time to time, and working together with other healthcare professionals, can ensure you get the most out of your treatment.

Matt Slevin - PT and Massage Therapist

I am a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience and love helping clients achieve their potential.

Pushing myself physically and mentally is a strong motivation for me when it comes to training. I love pushing myself past the pain barrier, because it's there that I find out the most interesting things about myself.

The things I discover outside my comfort zone will ultimately help me to learn and grow into the person and athlete I'd love to become. Beyond that, I enjoy doing things that make me happy.

My goal with all my clients is firstly to build a genuine rapport. Then, I aim to tailor programmes and lifestyle changes to achieve their individual goals, taking into consideration their responsibilities, personality and achievability.

My qualification is a Premier Diploma in Advanced Personal Training & Sports Massage Therapy with stress management and nutrition. I am a Newton Natural Running Coach, and I’m also qualified in an assortment of many other courses including lower back pain, kettle bells, and medicine ball training.

Julie Potter - Yoga instructor

My aim is to help bring back and maintain balance into my student’s mind, body and lifestyle. My interest is in working with traditional postures, but with the view to ‘showing’ the body a useful pattern of movement, one which is natural to its developmental history to bring the body within a range of ‘normal’ for them as an individual.

I believe that with an ‘attentive’ approach to the movements and postures, as well as attention to the breath, the whole body and mind can be brought to a state of balance, and lead the student on the path to a state of well being that can take them through young, middle and old age.

Michaela Spear MAR - Reflexologist

Hi, I am Michaela and I am Windsor based reflexologist.

Reflexology is a versatile holistic therapy and can benefit you from birth to older age. Reflexology is well know for reducing stress levels which often results in boosting your wellbeing.

Most well know is foot reflexology but I also offer facial reflexology which is equally effective and adds aesthetic benefits too.

After I qualified in 2011 I have completed over 20 post qualifying courses. My interest lies in supporting fertility and maternity clients, working with a unique reflexology lymph drainage to reduce swelling and boost immune system and facial reflexology treatments.

I believe in you and that you can become the best version of yourself.

Book a massage and restore your body to where it should be. You are worth it.

What's the difference between sports massage and myofascial release therapy?

In one way you could say that it is actually the same thing. Myofascial release is equally good for sport as traditional sports massage. When referring to sports massage, most people think about long deep strokes in the area of tension. This type of massage can be beneficial under the right circumstances, but just giving the tissue a good rubbing down, is mostly good for pre and post events.

How many sessions to I need?

The number of sessions depends on so many things. Firstly if you have spent many years building up a condition, it might take several sessions before you even start to see a slight improvement.

Secondly it can sometimes be a matter of regular monthly maintenance rather than seeing me twice a week. Remember your body is different from my body.

How long will I have to wait for an appointment?

It depends on what times suit you best. Have a look at my booking system to find the most suitable time for you.

What if I fall asleep during my treatment?

It happens sometimes when my clients are utterly exhausted, however I will not recommend it. The conscious and awaken mind, is more responsive of treatment.

Can I bring a friend or relative with me?

You are more than welcome to bring someone you feel comfortable with.
